Our Shipping and Handeling Process

 

  • Our shipping is fast, secure and safe.

  • FedEx is our preferred shipper for the 48 states. Shipping is free and usually takes 2-4 days. A tracking number is automatically emailed for all our shipping so you can track your package.

 


  • On weekdays FedEx picks up the packages at 5:00 PM ET so all purchases made (and paid for) prior to that time will be shipped the same day. Purchases made during weekends will be shipped on Monday.
  • We ship internationally but must pay additional $50.00.

 

 

  • Emial us for Next Day Shipping!
  • Besbuy4less requires the customer to sign upon receiving of the package therefore FedEx cannot leave packages unattended. Please make sure to check on the expected arrival day of the package or you can always pick it up from the local FedEx office.

If you are located outside the 48 states including P.R., Canada and Cayman Islands your package will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) with a tracking number automatically provided and emailed to you.

If you do lose your tracking number, do not hesitate to call us and we will email it to you again.

Defected Receivers/ Policy

All receivers come with a manufactorer warranty (2 years or more) therefore in case of an unlikly problem please contact the manufactorer (information provided in the manual) to receive an RMA number and ship it to the manufactorer representative for a full exchange.

Please be aware that we are an authorized FTA dealer and as such we cannot provide you with any software installation or other programming information on any of the FTA receivers. Thank you for your understanding and cooporation.

 

 

  • Bestbuy4less is not resonsible for any shipping damages or damage done to the receiver while operating it not in accordance with the manufactorer's instructions.

 

 

Policy/ Returns Information
Here at Bestbuy4less we care for our customers and want you to enjoy your products, if for whatever reason you are not fully sadisfy, simply ship the item back to us within 15 days and we will refund your money or exchange the item (subject to return policy). Return shipping cost is customer's responsibility.
No refunds on system standard installation.

If receiver us used and is now damged or internally defective you must pay 20% restock fee. If receiver is defective you MUST take it up with the manufacturer.

 

 

Warranty All of our FTA receivers are cover with a 1 year manufacturer warranty we do not accept defective units back to our location you must contact manufacturer to get RMA number warranty will be honored by manufacturer ONLY We do accept returns if you are not satisfied with the item you purchased from us we offer a 15 day product return a 20% fee apply on all returns to cover shipping and handling fees all units must be intact like new condition with all accessories any missing parts will be charged/deducted from your refund total

Credit Card Chargeback Any credit card chargeback will be handled by our collection agency you will automaticly be put in collection if we receive charge back case our bank may honor a full refund inmediatly and our collection agency will start billing you if you don't pay them with in 30 days you will be reported to the credit Bureau agency we strongly recommend that you contact us to avoid ruin your credit for 7 years....We take very seriously credit card scammers we will do our best to solve any inconvenience with our customers please call us or email if you have any complaint or if you are not satisfied with our service...

We are a distributor of FTA receivers which allows us to sell and distribute the products in the manner that we receive them from the manufactorer. Please be adviced that we do not provide ANY technical support nor do we have the capacity to do so.
Please refrain from contacting us for technical issues as we do not have the manpower nor the knowledge to support you.
